Valentine's Day Heart Opening Workshop
In this small nurturing workshop limited to 10 people, we will open our hearts physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Through heart-opening yoga poses and breathwork, we will gently release tension held in the chest and shoulders while inviting softness and compassion into your being. Receive hands-on assists with essential oils as you move through each posture, allowing your body to soften and your heart to expand.
We'll close with a heart-centered guided meditation and an extended savasana with hands-0n assists with essential oils to integrate the healing. You'll leave feeling more spacious, tender, and connected to the boundless love that lives within you.
You'll also receive a special heart-opening tea blend and a handout with heart-opening practices to continue at home, including journal prompts, daily practices, and more to support you in tending to your heart long after the workshop ends.
Whether you're celebrating solo, with a partner, or simply honoring yourself, this workshop is an invitation to open your heart with care and courage.
Perfect for all levels. Come as you are.

Much gratitude to Heather Sink, owner of the Craving Art Studio for hosting us!
Heather, a native of Britain, was fortunate to end up in the coastal town of Beaufort with her husband. After teaching art to students in the North Carolina public schools for many years and raising two children she decided to focus on her own art work.
Heather belonged to two Plein Air groups in England and has continued to paint her surroundings in the many places she has lived. Fortunately, the coastal light and area offer an abundance of subject matter to paint. She loves learning and takes workshops from artists that inspire her.
Heather loves to teach and work with other artists. Her desire to create and connect with the community has made Craving Art Studio a wonderful studio to work and share her love of art with others.
